Talent shows have gotten popular in the last few years, and this can be seen through record numbers in viewership both on television and on the internet.   Shows such as America’s Got Talent and The World’s Best are the best sources for the hottest entertainment right now.

After all, the shows pride themselves as being the world’s stages, where only the most talented individuals out there get to compete.

You can safely say entertainment is in one of the best spots it has ever been. So it’d be a loss not to ride this wave.

To better illustrate this point, we have made a list of some incredible performers who have recently been on the shows.

Some of these performers, you can hire for your events.  Which is why, in the following article, we have highlighted 6 of the best entertainers from each of the popular talent shows: America’s Got Talent,  America’s Got Talent: The Champions edition and The World’s Best.

Incredible Performers You Can Hire To Up the Entertainment Value

1. Eric Chien

Eric Chien

America’s Got Talent has seen its fair share of magicians, yet each one managed to bring something new and refreshing to the show – whether in terms of performance or by showcasing a cool new trick to the audience.

Having participated in the most recent 14th season of the show, Eric Chien is relatively new to America’s Got Talent, yet he already managed to leave a big mark on both audiences at home and in the in-house.

He is a Taiwanese-born magician, who loves to come up with new and exciting tricks he uses to grab people’s attention and have them go “wow.”

During the auditions, he showcased a breathtaking trick. He pulled a set of cards out of a small box and performed all sorts of exciting tricks with them.

Then, he transformed the cards into coins and eventually made the coins disappear back into the small box he used to carry the cards at first.

Also, do you want some good news? Before his performance on America’s Got Talent, Eric was not performing live in the United States. Since then, he has taken up magic professionally. He is one of the best entertainers you can hire.

Words cannot describe the intensity of his magical performance, which is why Eric Chien’s magic can best be experienced – live!

2. Clint Pulver

Clint Pulver is a musician from Heber City, Utah. What’s interesting about Clint is that he specializes in all sorts of domains, such as entrepreneurship, motivational speaking, and he is also a licensed pilot.

With drumming as his primary skill, he has gone on to perform on many large scale events and shows from across the entire country.

He has numerous motivational videos posted on YouTube, which have gained hundreds of thousands of views. In these videos, he combines his love for drumming with motivational speaking to send a positive message.

He also has a sense of humor, not shying from telling a few hilarious jokes during his motivational speeches.

One of the funniest stunts he pulled off was when he participated in America’s Got Talent. He was part of the Bald Man Bongos group, where he was the bongo player.

His instrument, however, was not a real bongo, but instead, he was playing on the bald heads of his bandmates. They even called Howie Mandel up on stage so that he could serve as the 4th head in the group.

While their group did not advance further into the competition, you can bet everyone had a good laugh out of it.

3. Taylor Williamson

Taylor Williamson is a comedian who has made a career for himself through his unusual sense of humor. He has a distinct style of comedy where he purposefully tells dry jokes.

The purpose of his shows is to take audiences in comedic dead-ends to create tension. He thrives on the awkward situations he manages to lead the viewers into.

Taylor Williamson

Back in 2013, he auditioned for America’s Got Talent and went on to tell a few simple jokes, which connected with the audience and allowed him to advance further into the competition.

Eventually, his popularity on the show got him an invitation to perform on America’s Got Talent: Champions.

There, he put on a stand-up comedy show the people knew and loved for so many years.

Besides performing on television, he is also doing stand-up comedy shows for corporate events. So if you’d like to bring something unique to your event, then consider hiring Taylor for a comedy show your guests won’t forget!

4. Nina Conti

Nina Conti is one of the best entertainers in the incredible world of ventriloquism. She brings a whole new dynamic to this art form, by blending it with bits of music and stand-up comedy.

She started her entertainment career very early, during the mid-’90s, by first being an actress. During her short tenure into acting, she managed to appear in a few television series of the early 2000s.

Around this time, she developed a passion for ventriloquism, and by 2002, she began to dabble into stand-up comedy and hasn’t looked back since.

At the beginning of 2019, she brought her ventriloquism act to The World’s Best. You can see her performance there by clicking the following video:

5. The Texas Tenors

There have been many operatic music acts throughout the history of America’s Got Talent, yet one which has consistently managed to stand out was The Texas Tenors.

The group consists of three classically-trained tenors with many years of on-stage experience, which amount to over 1300 concerts played. They have toured across the entire world and have headlined shows from the U.S., China, and Europe.

Their big debut on AGT came back during the show’s 4th season. They may not have won the competition, but they won the crowd over. Also, since then, they’ve left a lasting mark on the audience.

The goods would eventually be delivered at the beginning of 2019, when they made a comeback during the Champions edition of America’s Got Talent.

Their performance was outstanding, and everyone in the audience was gripped with emotions. The judges loved their show and commended.

6. Liliac Band

The almighty Liliac Band is hailed as the world’s first rock family. They’re a rock band composed of 3 brothers – Sam, Ethan and Justin – and two sisters – Melody and Aby.

Judge RuPaul noted that “a family that rocks together, stays together” and Liliac’s family ties allow them to synchronize and be more in-tune with one another.

Their repertoire consists of covers of rock and heavy metal classics from giants such as Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica, and Iron Maiden.

They showcased their skill during World’s Best, where they performed a masterful cover of Rainbow in the Dark. The audience was blown away by their amazing showmanship. Quite soon after the first few notes, the spectators were all up in the air cheering for them.

The music may be amazing, but where Liliac Band truly shines is in their fiery performances, where they pour heart and soul in every note they play.

When they go on stage, you know they’re going to light up the entire crowd. The vigor and energy they exude can be felt throughout the whole audience hall.
