1. Vpeepz
Vpeepz is a dance group that made waves during the 3rd season of the show. The group hails from Manila, Philippines, and comprises 13 young and very skilled dancers, with the youngest of the group being 13 and the eldest being 17.
Their participation in the show was their big breakthrough on the international scene. With it, they didn’t miss the opportunity to etch themselves into the public consciousness through their energy and confident attitude.
2. Kayla Mak
World of Dance has always been a hub for all styles of dancing. And while the show has predominantly featured hip-hop or stunt groups, it has always welcomed dancers to try something new.
In this case, Kayla Mak turned the tide of the competition by doing ballet. She singlehandedly showed the public and the judges that ballet dancing can compete against the big shots.
Seeing her perform was a much-needed breath of fresh air for the show. And for her boldness and masterful dancing, she will cling to the audience’s memory for a long time.
3. Fabulous Sisters
Fabulous Sisters are the all-female theatrical dance group from the second season. They hit all the right marks with the audience show and stole the show with their flashy performances and machine-like synchronicity.
Hailing from Fukushima, Japan, they hit World of Dance like a storm. They significantly impacted the show by competing in the junior’s league and dominating the entire bracket.
4. Charity and Andres
Charity and Andres made their debut on the show in season 2, intending to make it big by showcasing their incredible dance skills. They quickly caught the eyes of both the judges and the audience, becoming one of the most beloved dance groups of the whole season.
During one of their performances in The Duels, they would cement themselves in the show’s history by becoming the first act ever to receive a perfect score, topping the previously established high score of 99.7 set by Karen y Ricardo.
