No. In fact, our services are free. Our client’s pay us a fee to represent them. Therefore, you can use our service, contacts and expertise for free. Where else can you get a deal like that?
What do I need to do first?
Contact us. Tell us about your organization and the event you’re planning. If you know the speaker or entertainer you wish to book, tell us. If not, we can help you choose the person that fits your needs and your budget. We’re eager to talk to you about your event, speaker/performer’s fees and any other details we can assist you with.
What if I want to book a speaker that’s not on The Grable Groups roster? Can you still book them for us?
Your bet! With over 30 years of experience, we have probably worked with them in the past. If not we’ll locate them and make the arrangements.
What do we do after we schedule a performance?
It’s time for you to start promoting your event! We will email a contract for your event. As the date of your event gets closer (usually 45 – 60 days before the event) we’ll send you a questionnaire. Fill it out and get it back to us. That helps us work with you to make sure your event goes smoothly.
Does The Grable Group provide promotional materials or services for my event?
Each speaker uses different promotional materials. Some may provide a picture and biography while other provides videos or posters. Be sure to contact us when you are ready to promote your event.
May we record the presentation?
Presentations are often copyrighted. You may not audio or videotape it without prior written permission. Please contact us if you have any questions.
