If you’re a fan of both shows, at one point, you surely thought which of them had the best dance groups on stage?
We’ve asked ourselves the same thing and, in the following article, we will go over a few of the bands which have left their mark in the show’s history.
V. Unbeatable Vs. Kings United
Season 14 of America’s Got Talent was packed with incredible performers. Among them was V. Unbeatable, a mega dance group counting 35 dancers who light the stage on fire with their electrifying moves.
They hail from India, and they aim to be one of the best dance groups their country has to offer. Competition is, though, however, as India has its fair share of amazing dancers and choreographers.
Equally representative of Indian culture and with the same fervent desire to conquer the world are The Kings United, known as, The Kings.
They have the distinction of being the winners of the 3rd Season of World of Dance. And after winning such a title, they’re determined to carry on.
Zurcaroh vs. Embodiment
Zurcaroh is perhaps one of the best dance groups ever to be featured on AGT. They’re known for their amazing blend of acrobatic dances and larger than life choreographies. Their performances have a cinematic feel to them as if they’re taken directly out of a fantasy movie.
They first came into the public’s attention in 2017, when they got the Golden Buzzer on France’s Got Talent. Next year, they were one spot away from being the winners of the 13th Season of America’s Got Talent, managing to finish 2nd.
Meanwhile, there’s Embodiment, an acrobatic dance group from World of Dance. Where Zurcaroh’s performances are cinematic, Embodiments are more emotive and technical.
They have had a very successful run throughout the 2nd Season of World of Dance, making it into The Cut, and overall finishing 7th on the show.
Light Balance vs. Super Cr3w
Almost everyone remembers Light Balance. They are the Ukrainian LED dance group, which debuted on America’s Got Talent during the 12th Season of the show, and their dance routine became a viral internet sensation around that time.
They won the heart of audiences from all over the internet, who rooted for them through the competition. Their dance moves were incredible, and their signature LED choreographies will be remembered for as long as the show will last.
World of Dance gave us Super Cr3w, the intrepid dancers from Las Vegas, Nevada. They were loved by the fans who stood by their side through thick and thin.
Their moment of glory was during The Cut, where they put forth some of their most well-synchronized and energetic moves from the show’s history.
AcroArmy vs. The Lab
Long-time viewers of America’s Got Talent will surely remember AcroArmy, the acrobatic dance group which took the 9th Season of the show by storm.
Back in 2014, dance groups weren’t so mainstream, and AcroArmy was undoubtedly a sight to behold. Besides the uniqueness, they also had the technical ability to prove themselves worthy of the big stages.
People who loved AcroArmy will most certainly appreciate The Lab. They are a group from World of Dance which uniquely blends acrobatics with street culture.
Their entire streak throughout World of Dance was flawless, earning the maximum score of 100 points from the judges. They put on an incredible display of elegance and artistry, which propelled them as the undisputed winners of the show.
