For more than 20 years, Michael served as the food and wine consultant forGourmet, before going on to become wine curator for The Moth and a food, drink, and travel consultant toDepartures. As an engaging storyteller, Michael has spoken at more than 50 food and wine festivals, including Naples Wine Festival and The South Beach Wine and Food Festival.
